Central High School Athletics
We are extremely proud of the Trojan spirit, tradition and history here at Traverse City Central High School. We believe that athletic challenges, in concert with academic pursuits, help students develop life skills that will serve them well as adults. Interscholastic competition provides an opportunity to extend the learning process for our student-athletes.

Athletics are an extension of the classroom experience for the student-athlete. We are not a separate entity unto ourselves. We exist to enhance the experiences student-athletes receive first in the classroom. The Traverse City Central Athletic program is consistent with the school's overall philosophy and objectives. We provide a vigorous and diverse athletic program, offering opportunities to all of our students in over 25 varsity, junior varsity and freshmen sports teams. We appreciate your attendance and support of Trojan Athletics!

Athletic Sports Physicals Offered at TC West Senior High
Saturday, August 3, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
On Saturday, August 3, athletic sports physicals will be offered to all area students who plan to try out for athletic teams in the middle or high school levels for the 2013-14 school year. Cost is $20 per athlete; please make checks payable to TCAPS.
Physical cards must be signed by parents and students in order for the physical to be performed. Physical cards are available at TC Central and West High School Athletic offices as well as both middle schools and all TCAPS elementary schools. Please do not drink caffeine prior to your physical. Contact Jennifer Yost at 933-7780 for more information.
