Students currently attending Traverse City Central High School:
Request transcript from Mrs. Carra in the Counseling Office.
$1.00 transcript fee for each of the first 4 transcripts, $3.00 per transcript thereafter.
Provide 9”X12” mailing envelope addressed to the college or organization with 3 stamps in upper right hand corner.
Bring the above to Mrs. Carra in the Counseling Office for processing.
Individuals not currently attending Traverse City Central High School:
Traverse City Central’s Transcript Information Line is (231) 933-3504. Whether you are a business requesting verification or an individual needing a copy of your records, we will do our best to facilitate your request.
Transcript and Verification requests can be made two ways:
You may either fill out a Records Request form in the Main Office at Central High School located at 1150 Milliken Dr. (one block west of Northwestern Michigan College)
OR
You can request your transcript or verification by mail.
There is a $3.00 fee per transcript for graduates or GED recipients from the years 2000 to our most recent graduates. The fee is $4.00 before the year 2000. A request for a faxed transcript is $5.00. Please be advised that most educational institutions will not accept a faxed transcript as an official copy. At the present time we do not accept credit cards.
If you are requesting records by mail, please be sure to indicate whether you are requesting a copy of a transcript or G.E.D. results, and include the following:
Please clearly print:
The full legal name of the student
The full name used when in attendance at Central High School
The date of birth
The social security number
The year graduated, last in attendance or the year the G.E.D. test was taken
Print what address we are to mail it to
The phone number you can be reached at
And then please date it, sign it, and include the appropriate fee.
If this is for verification by a business, we will need the signature of the person whose records you are inquiring about.

If you are requesting a duplicate diploma, the cost is $30.00 and the wait is approximately 6 weeks. The wait on a transcript or verification is approximately 1 week.
